As a Growth Partner, YOU Will Be Responsible For
- Identifying and pursuing opportunities for increased sales growth with existing broker partners.
- Creating and leading engaging training opportunities for brokers that creates product ambassadors for Sandbox.
- Developing, implementing, and measuring partnerships with key brokers (in collaboration with the brokers) that solidify a common goal of growth between Sandbox and the broker.
- Leading the Elite Broker Program in assigned territory, in collaboration with UW, including regular meetings and reporting on results to evaluate the program’s success with each partner.
- Creating forums for feedback and insights from brokers including regular meetings and formalized programs such as the broker advisory panel. Ensuring this feedback is documented and shared to the appropriate team members, and that any necessary follow-up is completed.
- Updating broker experience reports on a quarterly basis and distributing them to all brokers. Where there are areas of concern or identified opportunities, engaging in discussion with the impacted brokers.
- Performing other duties as required.

What We Need From YOU
- An insurance designation such as CIP, CRM or CAIB; preference will be given to an applicant with a post-secondary degree or diploma from a recognized business course with a concentration in business, or company approved equivalent training.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the general insurance market including experience with underwriting/assessing risk and the agency business, with at least three (3) years of related sales/business development experience.
- Ability to perform detailed work accurately when working with insurance policy wordings, and when assessing risk.
- Be able to balance day-to-day functions and meet with brokers regularly throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees.
- Have the ability to drive for long distances on a regular basis.
- Be able to handle severe weather conditions and occasionally face hazardous circumstances when performing on-site inspections. Regular travel including overnight stays are required.
