We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with strong analytical skills, to join our Customer Service department. In this role, you will be responsible for improving the performance of our AI chatbot by interpreting data, performing manual quality assurance, identifying trends, crafting and optimizing prompts, and ensuring that our chatbot is capable of effectively resolving customer service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, process, and analyze data to generate insightful reports.
- Analyze conversation data to identify trends and gaps in resolving customer requests; implement solutions to ensure effective resolution of customer service requests.
- Conduct manual reviews of conversations to ensure customer service requests are effectively resolved.
- Develop strategies for conducting manual QA efficiently and ensuring data accuracy, quality, and completeness.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure data integrity and consistency.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries.
- Advanced skills in Google Sheets / Excel, including use of functions, pivot tables, data visualization tools and collaboration features.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with statistical software and data analysis techniques is a plus.

Dans ce rôle, vous serez responsable de l'amélioration des performances de notre chatbot IA en interprétant les données, en effectuant une assurance qualité manuelle, en identifiant les tendances, en élaborant et en optimisant les invites, et en veillant à ce que notre chatbot soit capable de résoudre efficacement les demandes de service des clients.

Principales responsabilités:

- Collecter, traiter et analyser les données afin de générer des rapports pertinents.
- Analyser les données des conversations pour identifier les tendances et les lacunes dans la résolution des demandes des clients ; mettre en œuvre des solutions pour assurer une résolution efficace des demandes de service des clients.
- Effectuer des examens manuels des conversations pour s'assurer que les demandes de service des clients sont effectivement résolues.
- Élaborer des stratégies pour effectuer un contrôle qualité manuel efficace et garantir l'exactitude, la qualité et l'exhaustivité des données.
- Identifier, analyser et interpréter les tendances ou les modèles dans des ensembles de données complexes.
- Travailler de manière transversale avec d'autres services afin de garantir l'intégrité et la cohérence des données.
