As a key member of the construction team, you will be part of a dynamic group of construction professionals constructing small to midsize Civil, Utility and Infrastructure projects.
**We are currently looking to hire a Project Manager to Manage our Civil Projects.**
**Looking for**:
- Experienced project manager
**This Role Includes**:
- Be the point of contact between owner/engineer/GC and Ridgeline for the course of the construction.
- Helping create, tracking and maintain schedules
- Managing and tracking shop drawings
- Tracking and help prepare change orders and coordination with them field staff and estimator
- Placing and coordinating material orders and deliveries
- Coordinating sub-contractors
- Help assist with tendering process
- Compile operation and maintenance manuals.
**Skills**:
- Experience with civil construction, infrastructure, property development
- Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings
- Ability to complete takeoff from drawings
- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, project, bluebeam
- Works well in a team environment
- Time management skills
- Organized
- Ability to organize priorities based on deadline
- Ability to come up with systems to streamline processes
- Problem solver
**Education**:
- Field Experience is an asset and we would be willing to train the right applicant
- Direct work experience in a project management capacity
- Certificate, university degree, gold seal, PMP designation, red seal or college diploma in engineering or project management is an asset
**Job Type**:
- Permanent full time career

Pay: $63,225.00-$115,000.00 per year
