We are seeking an exceptional Senior Field Service Manager to spearhead our expansion efforts, leveraging your expertise to propel our team to new heights. **Responsibilities**:

- Strategically manage service truck schedules for repairing outdoor signs and lighting at local businesses across the Windsor to Toronto corridor, operating from our Hamilton office.
- Utilize advanced scheduling software tools to optimize efficiency and productivity, ensuring seamless operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, expertly articulating product/service features, providing comprehensive quotes, and negotiating favorable terms.
- Drive performance excellence by setting and exceeding weekly quotas for each field service technician.

Compensation:

- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $60,000, with potential for performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.

Essential Requirements:

- Proven track record of successful team management in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to strategically schedule orders based on location, skill requirements, and customer priorities.
- Eligibility for full-time work in Canada, with a clear criminal background check.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor and strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English language, with advanced computer and keyboarding skills.
- Seasoned professional with a passion for driving results and exceeding expectations.
