At our **Stratford Facility** Arrow Engineered Products -We design and manufacture turn key solutions for a vast variety of customers in need of Nuclear, Chemical Mixing, Heat exchanger and Autoclave Systems with requirements including Fuel storage and misc. custom designed Pressure and non pressure designs, Following ASME, PED, ULC and API certified design criteria.

**Job Description: Sales Manager**

This position is responsible for driving best in class performance through the optimization of the selling process, expanding into key markets and developing the sales team. This position will perform the analysis, planning, implementation, and control of programs designed to support organizational objectives in the area of sales and marketing primarily as it applies to storage containment products.

This position also shares responsibility for marketing and selling activities relating to the sale of a defined product or products. This position includes managing customer relationships, attainment of business objectives for revenue, improving customer satisfaction, developing and implementing Sales key performance indicators, policies and practices. Among specific responsibilities is the establishment of promotional programs, determination of selling practices and sales strategies, including selling prices (with senior management approval) determination of sales staffing, and inside sales activities as related to a defined product line. The position will play a leadership role in determining new product offering in conjunction with the New Business Development Manager and the Division Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a strategic fit between the organizational goals and capabilities and the changing market opportunities. This can include market segmentation, target marketing, as well as market positioning.
- Direct all sales activities to meet revenue and other company objectives
- Assist and develop in growth / sales strategies to support Arrow Engineered Products
- Analyze market opportunities by selecting and identifying target markets, and developing the sales strategy to pursue those markets, as well as planning, forecasting, managing and achieving pipeline, forecast and revenue targets.
- Prepare and project sales forecasts for budgetary purposes.
- Work closely with operations in order to understand and react to capacity requirements and abilities.
- Assist, identify and support new product development initiatives.
- Identification, development, and proposal of pricing strategies.
- Identification and selection of advertising strategies that support the companies marketing objectives.
- Assist the company in determining and identifying customer value and satisfaction requirements.
- Attract, train, motivate, coach and retain a high-performing sales team.
- Build strong and lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Educate the market and present the value of Arrow Engineered Products to our customers, prospects and partners.
- Working with the executive team you will help design, plan and implement effective market, Quota Planning and Incentive Compensation policies, plans and practices.
- Work with Product and Marketing teams to ensure that Arrow Engineered Products is driving the best solutions with the highest value to the best markets available.

**Your Skills Set**:

- Post secondary education in business or equivalent business experience would be an asset.
- Minimum 5 years sales experience.
- Ability to travel
- Prior leadership / supervisory experience.
- Ability to lead internal and external sales teams.
- Excellent communication skills oral and written.
- Able to work independently or cooperatively in a team environment.
- Well organized with attention to details.
- Strong computer skills: Word, Excel. PowerPoint.
