J&R Contracting is seeking an enthusiastic and driven In Person Marketer to join our team in Woodbridge, ON. As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for promoting our services and generating leads through in-person marketing tactics. This is a full-time position with compensation based on commission only.

- Identify target markets and potential customers in the Woodbridge area

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the community
- Utilize marketing materials to effectively communicate our brand and offerings
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
