Our IT Strategy & Management team is looking for a

**.** Reporting to the Manager, Vendor Management Office (VMO) & Strategy, you will be responsible for providing overall structure, process and guidance to business stakeholders across the organization to perform tasks, make informed decisions and facilitate problem resolution in order to maximize business efficiency and provide overall value.

If you have key focus through an agile and structured approach to document decisions, process details, establish ownership, assign action items while ensuring they are communicated to all cross functional team members and to create standard reports to track initiatives to completion, we would love to hear from you

**o**:

- Develop a clear understanding of business problems organized into clear accountabilities and deliverables which define the opportunity/idea, associated process and supporting decisions to move the business forward.
- Ensure the focus of activity is concentrated on the highest priority needs of the business and organizational strategy.
- Participate in the development and documentation of future business processes and organizational structures needed to support new improvements or projects.
- Examine any existing processes holistically to understand the impact of changes to people, strategy, systems, and general business operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization to identify the challenges and opportunities to improve the business process and their impact.
- Facilitate group discussions/meetings with key stakeholders to work together better, understand their common objective and plan how to achieve those objectives while remaining ‘neutral’.
- Deliver fact-based findings and recommendations and escalate issues identified during review and analysis to business stakeholders. Generate and compile reports, complete with recommended improvements to business processes and operational procedures.

- Strong business acumen reflecting end to end organizational functions and interdependencies between groups, with the ability to connect the dots for all stakeholders.
- 3-5 years direct work experience in a Retail and Distribution business environment in an analytical function.
- Excellent interpersonal, people management skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communications skills - both written and verbal along with strong facilitation & a high degree of confidence working with and guiding key business stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation skills to small and large groups and the ability to influence outcomes aligned with established objectives.
- Self-Management including attention to detail, organizational/time management, strong inclination to self-development.
- Demonstrates ability to be flexible to prioritize and respond to multiple competing demands.
- Results oriented and creative thinker with a focus on quality and the ability to see the big picture.
- Ability to work additional or varied hours as required to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
- Experience with Agile Project Management Practices considered an asset.
- Preferred certifications/experience - CBAP, Six Sigma, Retail, Conflict Management, Managing Group Dynamics.
