The Client is seeking a Business Analyst to work with the Information Systems team and business resources to assist with the Amalgamation of the Client's companies. The Business Analyst will be required to lead business analysis and testing, and support other areas of the systems development life cycle.

**The consultant should have the following skillset/knowledge**:

- Experience soliciting business requirements on large, complex projects
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Strong facilitation skills
- Experience developing and updating business processes
- Experience developing requirements management plans, test plans, business change management plans
- Leadership skills - able to act independently (with limited guidance)
- Experience working in a public sector environment considered an asset
- Knowledge of existing company organizational structure considered an asset
- Functional knowledge of JDE E1 and/or planning budgeting and forecasting tools and business process considered an asset
