**Job Description**:
**OVERVIEW**
Join the Canada Brand Experience team as an Associate Manager and get high profile experience on some of our most iconic brands such as Cheerios, Lucky Charms, Nature Valley and more In this role you will have a holistic view of the business and be responsible for translating the business strategy into a fully integrated brand experience. You’ll go deep on the orchestration and execution of the plan from Advertising, creative asset development, media planning, shopper, partnerships, promotions, experiential, PR and sampling.

Key capabilities and experiences this role would build include Business Influence & Advocacy, Business Strategy Translation, External Partner Management, Matrix Relationship Management and Creative Ideation.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Brief, lead and orchestrate development of plans that deliver an integrated brand experience across multiple touchpoints (paid, owned, earned, in store, shopper, etc.)
- Partner closely with internal creative resources and cross functional teams to evolve & refine brand experience approach.
- Lead and partner with team and agencies on Communications Strategy in support of all projects (Creative, Media, PR, Experiential, Social, etc.)
- Manage Brand and Campaign identity
- Creation and execution: Comms Strategy & Experience Planning, Asset Guides, Video, Audio, Influencers/celebrities, In-store, Sampling, Publisher/ media partner custom assets and integrations, Partnerships, Experiential/ Events
- Develop robust measurement approach inclusive of business health metrics, campaign results, and diagnostics to triangulate & diagnose learnings.
- Consumer Budget management

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s Degree (Advertising; Communications; Marketing preferred)
- 2-3 years previous marketing communications or related experience
- External Partner Management - Previous experience leading and working with a creative agency (agency main point of contact leading creative development from brief to execution)
- Produce excellent work on the given plan with the willingness to be flexible and agile as priorities are stretched, new projects are given, and as roles evolve
- Leadership skills, collaborative, team orientation

**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- High consumer empathy and ability to champion ideas that will intrigue our audience
- Strong imagination and ability to creative problem solve any challenge
- Tenacious attention to detail, and ability to steward projects from inception to completion
- Capacity to plan strategically & execute flawlessly
- Big idea thinker and ability to recognize remarkable ideas even in concept form
- Bilingualism would be an asset

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITÉS**
- lanifier, gérer et orchestrer le développement des plans de communication qui offrent une expérience de marque intégrée sur de multiples plateformes (payées, détenues, gagnées, en magasin, etc.)
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les ressources créatives internes et les équipes multidisciplinaires pour faire évoluer et affiner l’ensemble de l’expérience de marque.
- Gérer et collaborer avec l’équipe interne et les agences sur les stratégies de communication pour soutenir tous les projets (créatifs, médias, relations publiques, expérientiels, social, etc.)
- Assurer l’intégrité de l’image de marque dans les communications
- Création et exécution: stratégie, planification, production, déploiement, guide d’exécution, vidéo, audio, média sociaux/influenceurs, en magasin, échantillonnage, partenariats et événements
- Analyser rigoureusement les performances croisées des indicateurs santé de la marque, les résultats d’affaires et les performances de campagne afin d’en extraire les apprentissages clés et optimisations nécessaires.Gestion des budgets publicitaires
