**Summary of responsibilities**:
The Project Support Coordinator is responsible for providing support to project-related activities. They will arrange training sessions related to Clinical Informatics projects in support of the Cerner electronic health record (EHR). These activities include resource coordination (i.e., booking rooms and scheduling staff) and ensuring applicable technology is in place (e.g., scanners).

Performs project tasks as assigned by manager/project managers. All projects will be aligned with hospital priorities and support the mission, vision, and values of the Cornwall Community Hospital.

**Requirements of the job**:

Required:

- Community College certificate/diploma.
- Solid understanding of processes within healthcare.
- Strong communication skills, including an emphasis on customer service.
- Thorough knowledge of a Cerner EHR.
- Proficiency in mobile technologies and handheld devices (i.e., using iOS and Android).
- Proven analytical skills.
- Superior computer skills including expertise with Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Demonstrated regular, punctual attendance.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety.
- Functional proficiency in English (oral and written).
