Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of tour packages and travel services to prospective clients. This role requires a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for travel.

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
- Conduct consultations with clients to recommend suitable tour packages and customize itineraries based on their needs.
- Provide accurate and timely information on tour packages, pricing, and availability.
- Coordinate bookings and reservations for clients, ensuring all travel arrangements are confirmed and organized.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel experience and address any concerns or issues.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and campaigns to increase sales and brand awareness.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new travel destinations to provide clients with relevant information and recommendations.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the travel or tourism industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for travel and a genuine interest in promoting tourism in Canada.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle is preferred.

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
