**Specific Skills**:

- Lead a team of 3+ field carpenters
- Coordinate and communicate with subtrades
- Coordinate with Foreman or Super for meeting schedule deadlines weekly
- Assist Foreman or Superintendent with design, plan, layout, and install
- Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying sub-flooring and installing walls and roofing systems
- Build formwork, and braces
- Fitting and installing trim, doors, stairs, molding and hardware
- Measuring, cutting and joining materials made of wood or wood substitutes
- Repairing and renovating wooden structures
- Place, set, finish slabs and sidewalks
- Conduct repair work and installation of slabs, sidewalks, curbs, other concrete works as required.
- Handling and transporting materials (e.g. cement, wood, tools, equipment)
- Assess the quality of formwork and materials
- Clean up worksites from hazardous or obsolete material
- Setting up and transferring temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding)
- Report issues with equipment or unsafe conditions
- Commitment to established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment
- May include conduct daily site safety meetings (e.g. toolbox, job hazard analysis, etc. as required)

**Experience**:

- 3 years to less than 5 years

**Schedule**:

- 10 hour shift
- Monday - Thursday

**Salary**: Up to $34.00 per hour
