**Job Overview**:
As the Director of Product Management - Solutions you own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Enable’s rebate management solutions, from vision & strategy to roadmap and delivery. You align strategies with business goals, collaborating with teams to enhance the offering, improving value delivery and adoption, and deliver real business outcomes. You are an execution guru as you translate strategies into actionable plans, managing key metrics, and mentoring a product management team. A strong customer focused background, experience in B2B SaaS platform management, and a proven ability to drive business growth are essential.

**What we are asking you to do**:

- Lead and manage the **Solutions Product Management** team, ensuring alignment with business strategy and customer needs.
- Develop and execute a **strategic product vision**, driving innovation and long-term product success in the B2B rebate management space.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ensuring the **delivery of impactful solutions** that solve real customer problems.
- Balance **high-level strategic planning** with **hands-on involvement**, guiding your team through day-to-day challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Foster strong partnerships with **design, engineering, and product marketing**, alongside Customer Success, & Revenue teams to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of high-quality solutions.
- ** Set clear objectives and KPIs** for the Solutions product team, continuously monitor performance, and iterate based on insights from data, customer feedback, and market trends.
- Champion **customer-centricity** by understanding customer pain points, gathering insights, and ensuring solutions are designed to meet their needs.
- Support go-to-market efforts by partnering with **product marketing** to deliver successful product launches and clear messaging.
