Centurion Apartment Real Estate Investment Trust (“REIT”) owns more than 22,000 multi-family apartment units and student housing beds across 28 cities in Canada and the United States. Centurion Financial Trust (“CFiT”) is an income and growth-oriented trust that invests in a diversified portfolio of debt investments that include but are not limited to mortgages, opportunistic real estate developments, and corporate debt. Investors pool their funds to invest in mortgage and growth-oriented credit opportunities and participate in the yields from interest income and net profit from equity.

**Overview**
Managing a team of two and reporting into the Vice President of Marketing, the Director of Product Manager will oversee various strategic and operational aspects of investment sales support including content creation, industry market research, and communications, with the goal of enhancing the advisor/investor sales experience, and maximizing opportunities for capital raising. This role will have clearly defined targets that will be met.
**Responsibilities**
**Content Development**
This role involves initiating and generating compelling fund, industry and investment content and collateral to support sales efforts and facilitate wholesaler engagement with advisors and investors and to further solidify Centurion’s position as a thought leader. Content encompasses the creation of timely point-of-sales documents, the development of value-added presentation slides, and the production of case studies/whitepapers to showcase Centurion's expertise and offerings effectively. Furthermore, this role requires the transformation of pertinent material into periodic marketing pieces and the preparation of industry updates and monthly funds' commentary to ensure advisors remain well-informed. This role will craft industry thought pieces while providing the sales department with actionable insights.
**Market Research and Strategy Development**
Lead comprehensive fund statistical analysis and conduct attribution analysis to gain insights into fund performance and investor behavior. These analyses inform the formulation of effective market strategies based on thorough research and analysis of industry trends and competitor activities.
