**Job Summary**

**What will you do?**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Director of Product Management, with a proven track record of navigating and managing the growth of large-scale technical products. This individual will lead the strategic direction, management, and execution of a new AI-powered enterprise technology infrastructure management software. They will work closely with engineering, design, and executive stakeholders to define and manage product features, develop product roadmaps, and ensure alignment between product goals and engineering execution.

**What will you do?**
- Lead and manage a comprehensive product strategy and supporting processes
- Develop and maintain product and feature roadmaps
- Oversee the prioritization and management of product features and backlogs
- Lead user interviews and feedback strategy to gather insights on customer needs, pain points, and preferences, and translate these into actionable product requirements
- Work closely with engineering teams, design, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and efficient product development, providing clear and regular updates
- Bring technical expertise to the team, ensuring that product decisions are informed by a deep understanding of technologies pertinent to cloud/hybrid-cloud, emerging AI technologies, and technology infrastructure

**What do you need to succeed?**

**Must have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing complex, technical software products.
- Strong technical background, ideally in software engineering in the banking/financial industry
- Demonstrated strong business acumen with a deep understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, financial principles, optimizing product and business operations and profitability.
- Proven track record of managing product lifecycles from conception through launch and ongoing optimization in the digital transformation/innovation space
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI, technology infrastructure, and automation technologies is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile development environments.

**Nice-to-have**:

- Experience conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
- Experience with AI-powered products and machine learning techniques.
