**Role Description**:
As the Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist, you will spearhead our online marketing efforts and manage our website development. You will be pivotal in designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing our website, optimizing SEO, and running targeted ad campaigns. Your role also includes enhancing our digital presence through social media management, engaging digital content creation, utilizing web analytics, and providing sales support.

**Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- **SEO and Paid Ads**: Develop and optimize SEO strategies and manage comprehensive Google Ads campaigns to increase reach and generate leads.
- **Web Development (Wix)**: Oversee the development and maintenance of our website using platforms like Wix, ensuring content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for SEO and performance.
- **Analytics and Performance**: Monitor website and campaign performance, analyzing metrics to drive improvements and increase user engagement and conversion rates.
- **Content Optimization**: Manage and optimize website content and configurations to ensure optimal loading speeds, enhancing user experience and engagement.
- **Customer Engagement**: Manage customer interactions, ensuring excellent service and support, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- **Market Research**_**:_Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies and product promotion initiatives.
- **Sales Support**: Provide sales support as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Web Development, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a strong foundation in digital marketing and web technologies.
- Three+ years of experience in digital marketing and web development.
- Working experience in Wix, SEO, Google Ads, web analytics tools, and MailChimp.
- Strong communication skills in English required; additional languages such as French or Spanish are beneficial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and a valid driver’s license for occasional sales support tasks.
