Our company, specializing in the Medical Line of Business, is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. With our ambitious goals of increasing our digital footprint across multiple medical clinic locations, we need someone with a proven track record in driving online growth. If you are passionate about SEO, PPC, social networking, and crafting compelling online content, we'd like to meet you

**FUNCTIONAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. **Digital Marketing Strategy**: Create, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns tailored for our Medical Line of Business across multiple locations and divisions.

2. **SEO & Link Building**: Spearhead our SEO efforts with a strong emphasis on organic link building to boost website authority and ranking.

3. **PPC Campaigns**:Design, manage, and refine pay-per-click campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

4. **Social Networking**:Collaborate with the content team to ensure our brand's consistent and engaging presence across social media platforms.

5. **Content Management**:Use the Page Builder for WordPress tools like Divi Page Builder or Elementor to create, update, and maintain compelling website content.

6. **Multi-Location Marketing**: Develop strategies specifically tailored for marketing across our various clinic locations.

7. **Collaboration**:Work closely with the digital marketing manager and content team to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment.

8. Other tasks as needed and assigned.

**TECHNICAL SKILLS**

Well versed in digital marketing and media strategies.

Able to focus on the big picture while also being detail orientated.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret date and translate it into actionable plans.

Can develop appropriate digital marketing initiatives based on the analyzing of data gathered.

**ORGANIZATION + COMMUNICATION SKILLS**

Strong foundation of organizational and time management skills, able to multi-task and act in a timely and effective manner.

Proficient communication skills, verbal and written, as well as the ability to actively listen.

Able to work well both independently and in a team environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a demonstrated history of success
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, and social networking
- Familiarity with the Divi Page Builder and/or Elementor for WordPress.
- Basic skills in graphic editing
- Strong knowledge of organic link-building strategies
- Ability to strategize and execute marketing initiatives for multiple locations
- Familiarity with Leadsbridge is a benefit, though not required

**MANDATORY REQUIREMENT**:
**Effective November 15, 2021, all Jack Nathan Function Health employees are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Full vaccination occurs 14 days following the second dose of a Health Canada approved vaccine.**
