Position: Experienced Labourer/helper

**Location**:Fort Saskatchewan, Edmonton

**Job Type**: Full-time-40 hours/wk

This is an excellent opportunity for a full-time position serving the dual functions of an electrician’s and a carpenter’s labourer/helper. Duties will change day to day as per the requirements of the job. These duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Electrical side**:
Assist electricians and technicians with installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Perform manual labor tasks as required.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Operate hand and power tools proficiently and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Carpentry side**:
Assist journeyman carpenters with Residential renovations: demolition, framing, drywall, painting, finish trims, tiling, and flooring.
Perform manual labor tasks as required.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
Operate hand and power tools proficiently and safely.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of job sites.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

**Requirements**:
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Be willing to take direction and have a “learning” attitude.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team, as well as sometimes working unsupervised.
Proficiency in using a variety of hand and power tools.
