We are a small, independent restaurant with a passion for creating everything from scratch. From baking fresh sourdough bread to making our own ice cream and curing our meats, we take pride in crafting every detail of our menu in-house. We’re committed to using local produce whenever possible to bring the freshest flavors to our guests.
We’re currently looking for a talented **Cook** to join our team and help deliver mouth-watering dishes that leave our customers coming back for more. **What You’ll Do**:
- Set up your workstation with all the ingredients and equipment you need to succeed
- Prepare fresh ingredients, from chopping veggies to cutting meats
- Cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity
- Ensure each plate is beautifully presented before it hits the table
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and follow all sanitation protocols
- Monitor inventory and ensure ingredients are properly stored and replenished

**What We’re Looking For**:
- Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Strong skills with cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
- Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
- A team player with great communication skills
- A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- Physical stamina to keep up with the demands of the kitchen

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
