At Tantus we believe in our people and their vision to grow and succeed. Tantus is currently looking for resource to fulfill the role of Senior Business Analyst with HR background/experience.
- _ In this position you must analyze and synthesize information provided by a large number of people who interact with the business, such as customers, staff, IT professionals, and executives. You are responsible for eliciting the actual needs of stakeholders, not simply their expressed desires. Excellent communication, documentation and writing skills are required. Must have over 5-8 years of experience using Business Analysis tools and techniques._

**Qualifications**:

- Experience with HR/Total Rewards/Compensation is an asset.
- _ Experience with large systems including analysis, design and implementation_
- _ Experience with change management and business transformation, including an ability to rethink, redesign and retool operational processes_
- _ Interview stakeholders and document business drivers, constraints, and needs_
- _ Use Case development and Test Case development_
- _ Experience in Data Conversion_
- _ Assess risk and determine action necessary_
- _ Facilitate training and transition support of technology solutions_
- _ A university degree in business or commerce or equivalent education and experience_
- _ Experience in Banking, Justice and Enforcement, and Public Sector is an asset._
