Position Title: Business Analyst

Location: Hybrid - 50% onsite

Type: Contract

The Position

Our client, headquartered in Edmonton, is seeking a adaptable Business Analyst with a specialization in change management and training. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the formulation of change management strategies and plans across different business units including HR, Procurement, and Finance. The ideal candidate will have experience working with LMS, change management and training.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with business and project teams to develop change management strategies and communication plans
  • Determine training requirements, and develop and facilitate end-user training.
  • Document processes and oversee the coordination of attendance at workshops and testing sessions
  • Manage test scenarios and test script activities, providing support throughout the process
  • Assist in documenting and updating business requirements, overseeing contributions to configuration workbooks, and managing various documents and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Ensure effective communication regarding the project to all involved parties throughout its phases.
  • Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.

Mandatories (must Have To Qualify)

  • Possess a minimum of 6 years of demonstratable, related experience
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of business experience
  • Have strong experience working with LMS
  • Possess a CBAP or other Business Analysis related certification
