Richmond, Canada E2G Design Studio Full time

Become a successful and enthusiastic wedding/event team assistant to produce events from design through to completion. The assistant’s responsibilities include helping creative director to develop and organize weddings/events that meet quality expectations. In addition, to assist with WeDo Event Group’s marketing and sales goal.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Assist planner to plan and produce events while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- In office paper work as directed by department head
- Communicate with logistic and execution department to facilitate set up
- Proactively assist planner to handle any arising issue and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
- Develop, implement and manage WeDo Instagram and Facebook Page
- Define most important social media KPIs and strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing, sales and planning team
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Provide constructive feedback
- Availability for most weekends to assist day of weddings
- Ability to commit for 1 year

**Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**
- Ability to communicate in both English and Chinese
- Experience with Canva
- Proficiency with Microsoft office and Google Docs
- Social media management experience
- Previous experience in event planning or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Creativity and an eye for design.

**Salary**: $32,000.00-$35,000.00 per year
