We are looking for a dynamic and organized Sourcing Coordinator to join our team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sourcing, this crucial role collaborates closely with the Product Development team, Sourcing Leads in Asia, and various other departments, including our Asia offices. The role involves managing the entire product lifecycle from conception through to delivery, ensuring each phase aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage day-to-day communication with the Head of Product, Sourcing Leads, and our Asia office.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to assure the on-time delivery of samples

Assist the sourcing team in conducting marketplace research and cost analysis
- Owner of Product Lifecycle Calendar, assigning and assuring tasks are met and checkpoints are scheduled.
- Act as a point of contact for questions, requests or updates submitted by cross-functional teams.
- Manage and update necessary assets and data.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage the Product Lifecycle calendar to ensure compliance with all deadlines and checkpoints.
- Undertake additional tasks as delegated by the VP of Sourcing.

**SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English), multilingual abilities (Vietnamese in particular) are a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
- Proven experience in sample tracking, product operations, or similar roles in the furniture, fashion, or consumer goods industry are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, solution-based problem solver with the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
- Ability to travel internationally in the future as required is a plus.

Salary Range for this role is $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Pay: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
