**How you will create impact**:

- Develop and maintain productive working relationships with project stakeholders including Project Sponsors, Steering Committee members, Working Committee members, other business and IT managers and directors.
- Build a positive and motivating project team environment. Provide input to project team members performance reviews.
- Communicate and negotiate with key project stakeholders. This includes coordinating, chairing and facilitating project meetings.
- Integrate change management activities such as communication and training into project plans.
- Anticipate and manage project issues. Communicate the impact of these issues and facilitate solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and ensure resources are applied appropriately to ensure project success.
- Participate in the planning process by relating organizational priorities to resource availability and current initiatives to deliver a plan that will maximize resource utilization and results.

- You use critical thinking skills to recognize assumptions, evaluate arguments, draw conclusions and proactively propose solutions.

**To join our team**:

- You have 5 years successful experience working within the Information or Business Systems profession or related business experience.
- You have 3 years successful experience in a leadership role.
- You have successful project life cycle experience with strong knowledge of project management and systems development.
- Holding the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is an asset.
- Having experience in agile environement and experinec ein data warehouse are an asset.
