Warehouse Supervisor

**Position Overview**
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of the warehouse by streamlining processes. The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, stocking and repair (minor) of all warehouse and job site equipment and consumables. They may be required to oversee other employees in warehouse duties, and will work alongside the crew to ensure efficiency of all shipping and receiving components, including job site content. This role will require a licensed forklift and/or scissor lift operator (on and off site) as requested.
**Job Duties**
- Maintain restoration and other company equipment by completing repairs (repair) (and necessary paperwork) to company equipment inclusive of (but not limited to) air scrubbers, hepa-vacuums, blowers and dehumidifiers
- Sweep and clean warehouse floors keeping walkways clean and free of content and debris
- Maintain warehouse (and office) lights, doors, crates (used for content storage) and fire extinguishers ensuring functionality and organizing 3rd party repairs with Health and Safety
- Call for dumpster removal and replacement at warehouse when full
- Order, maintain, organize and issue inventory of approved supplies and company equipment
- Scan equipment and consumables to/from warehouse to/from truck or job site using approved software
- Prepare and review reports for equipment and consumable tracking
- Assist with repositioning, loading and unloading of equipment and content for restoration, storage and return to job sites as required
- Deliver and pick up materials as needed
- Strong aptitude to work within deadlines, independently and as part of a team
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Completion of daily project and timekeeping paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines
- Ensure attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people’s property and information
- Will practice good housekeeping at all times to ensure a safe and non-cluttered worksite
- Participates in and demonstrates an understanding of safety principles and practices; follows all safety policies and procedures to support a safe working environment, including safe operation of machines and equipment
- Comply with all **Belfor** policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirements
- Proactively communicate job site conditions and concerns that may or are affecting completion of the job to the appropriate person
- Attend all **Belfor** sponsored training courses
**Qualifications**
- Licensed to operate a forklift and scissor-lift
- 2+ years experience as a Warehouse Supervisor
- Experience with inventory tracking
- Experience in facility and equipment maintenance
- Construction / Restoration / Insurance experience preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of customer service, principles and practices
- Eligible to operate a motor vehicle per **Belfor**’s vehicle policy
- Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Basic to intermediate computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word and Google Suite
- Willing to work evenings, on call and weekends when requested
- Periodic travel may be required

**Physical Demands**
- Frequent lifting from 5-40 lbs, unassisted (from 35-65% of the time)
- Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time)
- Access and mobility in tight spaces
- Fit Testing - half and full face mask as needed, annual certification required
- Working at Heights - over 5 feet, periodically
- Sustained periods of standing, sitting, walking, bending, and kneeling
