Warehouse Team Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe working environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products
- Oversee order picking, packing, and shipping processes to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on proper procedures and safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize warehouse operations and improve overall efficiency
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipping or receiving process
- Utilize data analysis skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or distribution center setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Excel and Windows operating system
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and order management systems is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
