**When your actions lead to success.**
- Ensure all jobs are entered in SPEC and information is correct.
- Confer with schedule to see if any jobs have been added or changed.
- Batch all ink as needed following press schedule using dispenser.
- Use thin ink returns to match color on existing start ups if a repeat job.
- Enter customer color ok into X-rite.
- Verify all viscosities are followed as set forth on parameter sheet.
- If color is off adjust color and enter new color information into X-rite, Reformulate Color and Enter into Dispensing System. i.e.: note speed, viscosity and press number.
- Log all inks used on color match into SPEC non dispense or formula adjustment.
- Ensure all ink used is charged into job on computer.
- After job is complete, remove ink from press, weigh ink up, and tag all drums, or buckets, attach Leneta drawdown and enter return into inventory.
- Locate all returns on shelves or designated area.
- Replace ink drums under dispensing system when empty.
- Enter in weekly log status of waste ink.
- Clean all dispensing filters monthly, or sooner if needed.
- Sweep and mop ink room floor daily.
- Report any hazard or safety violations to Print Supervisor.

- Experience with flexo press.
- 1+ year experience as Ink Technician preferred.
- Skilled at using a computer.
- Great organization skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in the English language (reading, writing, listening, and speaking).
