**Qualifications**:
**Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities**:

- At least five years experience supporting an active and geographically dispersed sales or project management team
- Strong customer service skills, ability to communicate tactfully, efficiently and effectively with all levels of staff and external parties
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and superior work ethic
- Meticulous data entry skills
- Proven experience working with customer contracts with the ability to interpret and manipulate detailed information
- Good working knowledge of accounting processes as it relates to maintaining customer accounts; accounts receivable, credit/collections and revenue recognition
- Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly, and capacity to handle multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, proactive and self-motivated
- Respect for all staff and team player
- Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience operating with a high level of confidentiality and ethics, adherence to corporate compliance, reporting, and company policies.
