**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure timely and budget-conscious completion of rental orders while upholding Greenscape's quality standards.
- Utilize project management systems and documents to oversee rental orders.
- Provide customer service to walk in and phone in clients.
- Collaborate with the Events Manager to coordinate project details and oversee custom build projects.
- Prepare tool kits, load trucks, go onsite for installs as required.
- Oversee warehouse operations including shipping and receiving, inventory management, reporting loss and damage, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and ensuring safe conduct in the warehouse.
- Schedule, assign and manage job tasks for the rentals team, providing leadership and guidance.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in theatre, film, TV, live events, landscaping, interior design, or retail display is advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities with a positive attitude and a focus on completing tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varied hours as needed.
- Proficiency with portable power tools, hand tools and paint preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse and onsite safety practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing workloads.
- Physical capability to lift and carry up to 50lbs and work from ladders and scaffolding.
- Must be able to maintain focus on projects, complete tasks in a timely manner, take initiative, have a positive attitude, attention to detail, creative problem solving, and strong communication with team members.

- Experience working on film, tv, or theatre sets.
- Design knowledge or experience.
- General tree or plant knowledge.
- Sales experience
- Ability to drive a truck to deliver and install décor pieces.

**Application Instructions**:
**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
