**SOMMAIRE DES RESPONSABILITÉS**:

- Gère les projets d’entretien selon le budget, le plan et le calendrier; les tâches de gestion de projet peuvent être liées à un ou plusieurs aéronefs;
- Assure la liaison avec le service des Finances pour garantir le respect du calendrier des versements liés aux projets;
- Agit à titre de point de contact principal pour le client pendant le projet d’entretien, veille à ce que les autorisations du client soient reçues comme il se doit, fournit des rapports de situation et des mises à jour du calendrier, et assure la livraison des factures d’acompte et l’examen général de la facturation avec le client;
- Dirige les réunions d’équipe et travaille avec tous les services concernés pour produire en temps utile des rapports sur l’état d’avancement des projets;
- Examine, valide et assure la livraison de la facture finale au client;
- Tient des réunions d’équipe pour dresser le bilan du projet après sa conclusion et analyse la production et les marges financières.
- Fait le suivi auprès du client à la fin du projet et régler tout problème après le départ de l’avion pour assurer la satisfaction du client; communique avec les services internes au besoin.
- Assure un service à la clientèle de haute qualité pendant toute la durée des projets de maintenance

**FORMATION ET COMPÉTENCES**:

- Études ou diplôme postsecondaires en maintenance d’ avions ou dans un domaine connexe;
- Minimum 5 à 8 années d’expérience dans le domaine de l’aviation;
- Solides compétences en gestion de projet avec une capacité éprouvée de coordonner et de gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et d’établir les priorités en conséquence;
- Licence de technicien d’entretien d’aéronefs considérée comme un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles et capacité d’établir des relations professionnelles fructueuses avec les employés, les clients, la direction et d’autres services;
- Aptitudes exceptionnelles en service à la clientèle, avec un grand souci du détail et des compétences exemplaires en communication orale et écrite;
- Notions élémentaires de budgétisation, considérées comme un atout;
- Compétences avancées dans les programmes de la suite MS Office, plus particulièrement Excel, et capacité de s’adapter rapidement à de nouveaux programmes et à des logiciels opérationnels spécialisés.
