Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Shared Health Manitoba is continuing to build an outstanding human resources team that will be critical in helping us achieve our organizational vision of being the health employer of choice in Canada.

Shared Health Manitoba leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centred clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Reporting to the Site Director or Site Lead, Human Resources Services, the incumbent participates in the provision of a variety of human resources services including staffing, employee relations, and labour relations.

**Experience**:

- Minimum of three years' experience in a unionized environment performing a broad range of Human Resource functions including: employee relations, labour relations and staffing.
- Previous experience using SAP is preferred.
- Previous experience with Attendance Management Programs is preferred.

**Education (Degree/Diploma/Certificate)**:

- Complete high school education, Manitoba standards, required.
- Successful completion of a recognized Administrative Assistant or Secretarial training program required.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Certificate in Human Resource Management from a recognized post-secondary institution or enrollment and completion of the program within 5 years from date of hire.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and Outlook) required.
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective problem-solving skills, written communication skills and organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to act with initiative, judgment, tact and diplomacy essential.
- Must be able to learn and adapt quickly.
- Preference will be given to those applicants competent in an Indigenous language and/or knowledge in Indigenous customs, traditions and values.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Work is primarily in an office environment.
- Must be able to handle multiple priorities and competing demands.
