YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In collaboration with the product managers, develop and enact competitive pricing strategies and manage prices to maximize sales and profitability.

Through data-based systems, pricing software and competitive pricing benchmark activities, identify trends and opportunities; provide business insight and make recommendations to the Product Managers.

Track performance of various pricing initiatives in BRP’s worldwide markets.

Prepare reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing and summarizing information while presenting it in a clean and user-friendly manner.

Develop a seamless relationship with Promotions, Marketing and Finance to ensure consistent strategies.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Degree in Business Administration or Economics, with an orientation towards Finance, Accounting or Statistics.

An MBA, MA in Economics or MS in Business Intelligence is considered an asset

Demonstrated analytics and problem-solving skills

Love to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it

Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI is considered an asset

Knowledge of costing and pricing principles is considered an asset

Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Strong interpersonal skills and team oriented

Passion and curiosity of BRP products and understanding of its competitive environment. Knowledge of the powersports and/or automotive industry is considered an asset.
