We are looking for several strong, Professional **Proven Phone **Sales Closers at our Oakville, ON offices**. This opportunity represents unlimited potential for income, leads, and career advancement

**Please note: This position is base salary + commission and pays a high commission of upto 15% on revenue. Our typical sales team members make between 8000-12000 per month in commissions.**

**Requirements & Qualifications**
- Phone Sales experience in a B2C environment is **Preferred**.
- You **MUST** have the ability to Close Sales
- Excellent communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and a natural talent to connect & converse with people.
- Have a High Level of Organizational and Follow Up Skills
- High level of comfort using computer systems within a sales environment
- Previous experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is a plus

**Please be Aware**: If you do not have previous phone sales experience and are not familiar with Closing Skills, this position may not be for you. We are looking for Phone Sales Closers who have the confidence that they can sell anything to anyone.

**What We do**:
We enable frequent flyers and travellers in obtaining NEXUS Cards, TSA Pre Enrollment and Business lounge access at over 1200 major airports and incentivize these services with promotional travel programs (i.e. complimentary flights and resort stays)

**Compensation: Paid Training, Commissions & Bonuses**
- Base Salary/Commission Guarantee: (commensurate on experience & skills)
- No Cap Commission & bonus structure
- **Our typical sales team members currently make 80,000+ per year.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Casual

**Salary**: $6,000.00-$8,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Oakville, ON L6H 7S8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
