**The Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, People and Culture, the P&C Coordinator is responsible for supporting the People and Culture department, and Farm Mutual Re leaders and employees for all people related matters. The role focuses on managing employee files, maintaining our HRMS system, facilitating the onboarding experience, and supporting day to day People administrative processes. The P&C Coordinator acts as a brand ambassador of Farm Mutual Re and is a champion of our company values.
- Accurately manage and maintain employee data and payroll documentation in our HRMS and employee files.
- Provide an excellent employee experience to new hires by coordinating the onboarding process, including accurately preparing new employee related documentation.
- Support and collaborate with the P&C team with the research and implementation of people-related programs, projects and policies.

**Your Skills and Qualifications**:

- You have post secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field and are working towards completion of your CHRP/CHRL designation.
- You have a minimum of 1 year experience working in a Human Resources function.
- You have experience working with an HRMS.
- You practice the utmost discretion and confidentiality and are able to deal with confidential issues with tact and discretion.
- You are an excellent communicator.
