We are looking for exceptional support staff who love country music and lifestyle

The Role
- Anticipate the needs of the Bartenders and act accordingly
- Bus as needed and contribute to the sanitation and cleanliness of the bar and guest areas
- Restock and replenish bar inventory as needed, maintaining proper rotation standards (FIFO) in all storage areas and fridges
- Heavy lifting up to 40+ pounds will be required
- Maintain proper sanitation of work area, including washing glasses and service equipment at bar areas
- Replenish ice, as well as cut and prepare food items needed in the preparation of drinks
- Effectively communicate with team and offer support as their needs may require
- Interact with guests in a friendly and timely manner
- Comfortable being trained on and operating Mechanical Bull for guests
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menu offerings including common allergens
- Comply with food and beverage regulations
- Create Positive Shareable Experiences
- Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Smart Serve Certificate required
- Knowledge of Country music considered an asset
- Enjoys working in a team environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Effectively communicate orally and in writing
- A passion and commitment to quality guest service and hospitality
- Ability to work calmly and effectively during peak times
- Meet productivity standards and complete work using time efficiently
- Able to work on the weekends and holidays, including late nights
