**The Position**

**Responsibilities**: _**To Assist Office and Administration Staff with Day to Day Tasks**_
- Pick and organize customer orders, small and large
- Responsible for office and warehouse organization
- Ability to work individually or as a team depending on the task at hand
- Experience with understanding retail operation concepts such as maintaining professional store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation when required
- Contribute to a safe, positive and respectful work environment
- Responsible for assisting in receiving large skid shipments
- Ability to lift 50lbs

**Requirements**:

- 1 year of administrative experience required
- 1 year of retail sales experience is an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills required
- Conducts oneself in a professional manner
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Completes all tasks in a timely manner with mínimal supervision
- Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting
- Must be able to work within the hours of 8am-5pm Monday - Friday
