**Role Summary**

**What You'll Do**
- Work with the creative department to ensure that ads meet the specifications of different advertising platforms;
- Analyze and identify areas where breakages are happening in terms of ads and collaborate with the creative team in addressing the issues;
- Setup, maintain and optimize funnels for landing pages through collaboration with Tech Leads;
- Conduct regular testing of multiple campaign ads to new audiences; at the same time, identify the best platform to run a successful ad;
- Present findings on a weekly performance meeting to ensure achievement of set goals;
- Utilize Ad tracking tools such as Hyros to manage day to day media buying activities;
- Research competitor ads and collaborate with the creative team in brainstorming, testing and creating new ads;
- Collaborate and coordinate with several team members such as the copywriters, videographers and profit centre managers in ensuring the success of posted ads;
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Must have a solid background in critical thinking and problem solving;
- Must be results and detail oriented and have great organizational skills;
- Great communication skills in writing, speaking, and active listening;
- Driven, motivated, and have a strong work ethic;
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as independently, with mínimal supervision;
- Must be open to feedback and ongoing coaching.
