Job Title: Traffic Controller

Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Direct traffic at construction sites to ensure safety and efficient flow.
- Communicate effectively with construction workers, pedestrians, and motorists.
- Set up signs, cones, and barriers to redirect traffic as needed.
- Monitor traffic patterns and adjust control measures accordingly.
- Coordinate with construction crews to maintain a safe work environment.
- Respond quickly to emergencies or incidents on site.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in traffic control or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of paving operations, heavy equipment operation, and construction processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Certification in traffic control is a plus.

**Requirements**:
