**Job Duties**

As a vital part of our team, you will work alongside other team members to complete various tasks related to excavation and civil construction projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that the work site is safe and organized, and that all tools and equipment are properly maintained. The laborer will also be required to work in a variety of weather conditions and be physically fit to perform manual labor.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, laying pipe, and carrying materials.
- Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Operate construction tools and equipment under the direction of skilled workers.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles.
- Help to erect and dismantle fencing, shoring, and braces.
- Assist with pouring and spreading concrete and asphalt.
- Clean and maintain construction tools and equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures and report any safety concerns to the Site Superintendent or Site Lead or other supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Prior experience working in a construction environment is preferred.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
- Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor tasks.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and on different job sites as required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $24.00-$28.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
