**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Liaison between Project Managers and the Customers
- Working alongside with Project Managers to ensure all Xactimate estimates are completed
- Ensure all Xactimate estimate is accurate and on time with all required documentation
- Prepare Xactimate estimate in a timely manner following company specific protocols
- Ensure all drawings and line items are completed accurately
- Scheduling trades, in-house staff and completing follow ups to ensure job completion
- Purchasing materials required to complete the job
- Monitor quality and progress of projects
- Deal with customer concerns / complaints
- Provide project support as requested
- Collect deductibles and outstanding receivables when necessary
- Be available to work overtime when necessary
- Be available to perform on-call on a rotating basis
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of construction is mandatory
- 2 years of construction and office experience
- Experience in Restoration Industry is an asset
- Computer literate with ability to learn variety of programs
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) and having detailed experience on the Internet
- Knowledge of Xactimate software is an asset but training will be provided
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, reliable, energetic and ambitious
- Ability to work well alone in group environment
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced office environment
- Quick learner, detail oriented and self-motivated
- Possess a valid B.C. driver’s license with a satisfactory driver Abstract
