**Position Overview**
- Develop and maintain sales operation processes, and look for opportunities to optimize, automate, reduce costs, and improve sales process effectiveness
- This includes analyzing Deighton’s sales and marketing operations, processes, workflow, and systems to make recommendations to improve sales operation performance and support Deighton’s sustainable growth objectives.
- Documenting SOPs that are to be followed by all relevant staff (e.g. account management process, bid process, proposal management, CRM logic amongst others)
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards for managing sales performance and set up regular governance / review cycle.
- Lead market, product and competitor research
- Support and help develop our global partner management
- Support the management and maintenance of an up-to-date Global Proposal Body of Knowledge for bid writing
- Maintain a good working knowledge of dTIMS product line & capabilities

**Required Skills**:

- You have excellent analytic and research skills
- You are self-motivated, proactive and continuously aim to improve
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team
- You are confident and highly collaborative with strong writing, communication and presentation skills
- You have a learner mindset, are curious and seek internal and external resources to gain understanding on new topics
- You have excellent IT skills, especially spreadsheets and O365 suit
