As an Operations Manager, you are the ambassador for our client’s experience. - Assist in implementing company policies and programs consistent with brokerage-wide standards.
- Spearheaded the integration of new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and stay ahead in the real estate industry.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, reduce costs, and increase overall productivity.
Operational Control:
- Oversee and enforce data security and confidentiality measures to protect sensitive information related to clients, transactions, and business operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the real estate industry.
- Manage inventory procurement for sales, marketing materials, and office supplies.
- Liaise with head office for negotiation of equipment and supplier contracts
- Act as a point of contact for technology-related issues within the office, coordinating with IT support to resolve problems promptly.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient flow of paperwork and processes within the branch, including courier deliveries and electronic documents.
Financial Management:
- Oversees the day-to-day accounting functions of the office and liaises with the Head Office Accounting department meeting deadlines and following established procedure
- Validate vendor billing against contracted rates and address discrepancies.
- Liaise with Finance on out-of-budget spend approvals and cost containment initiatives.
- Investigating vendor billing discrepancies and Realtor charge-back issues
- Realtor collections (debit balances).
Staffing and Scheduling:
- Oversee and execute the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with the necessary training and resources to integrate into the office seamlessly.
- Arrange staffing and scheduling based on forecasted workloads.
- Health and Safety Leadership: Lead health and safety awareness initiatives, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Facilitate ongoing training and development programs for staff to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
**What You’ll Need To Be Successful**
**Experience**:
- Previous experience, 3-5 years of proven success working in a client-facing role in a full-service real estate brokerage environment
- Deep understanding and proficiency of MS Office suite, Google enterprise platform, Understanding of and proficiency in utilizing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube). Ensure brand standards are met for branch-specific social media channels and content
- Understanding of the real estate market local to the branch and thorough knowledge of the real estate transaction process

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
