**Qualifications and Responsibilities**:

- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
- Excellent computer and communication skills
- Screen and assess patients in accordance with the COVID-19 patient assessment form
- Proficient skills in clerical duties
- Ability to multitask with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and in a group setting
- Demonstrate sensitivity to diversity, whether related to race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, and/or gender identity

**Other Requirements**:

- Police check for the vulnerable sector required

Union: OSPEU Local 425

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
