Ottawa, Canada Nurses Specialized in Wound, Ostomy & Continence Canada Full time

Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist in managing projects and initiatives as directed by the CEOExperience:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior management
- Proficiency in clerical tasks such as typing, data entry, and filing
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, In-Design and QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an office environment is essential
- Exceptional organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Conference planning experience is an asset.This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual to work closely with our CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
