**Section A - Job Summary**:
Reporting to the PMO Director, the Project Control Officer will assist the PMO Director and the project management team with portfolio oversight of all project requests. This includes ensuring that appropriate level of information has been received from initiators in project submission form, ensuring that all requests for PM assignments are completed in a timely manner, tracking all requests in the project management database, ensuring project metrics are kept up to date, and preparing dashboards and reports for key internal project stakeholders. Additionally, this role will also project manage some initiatives as decided by the Director PMO, making sure to implement the initiative following Project Management best practices.

**Section B - Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Facilitates the PMO planning process including intake, prioritization, and ongoing project health evaluations
- Designs, implements and maintains project reports and dashboards, including developing insights via analyses and modeling of PMO data to share with internal cross-functional partners
- Owns the accurate reporting for portfolio status and other details (i.e., data quality) to support accurate resource allocation and enable transparency to senior leadership
- Collaborates with PMO Director and key business partners in defining and reporting on project success indicators and performance metrics
- Creates templated project plans based on project requirements/objectives
- Manages and participates in project design and development activities (i.e., development of primary and secondary documentation, SOPs, flows and charts, etc.)
- Creates project specific working instructions associated with the PMO and takes ownership of the development of PMO documentation
- Manages production of training materials and participate in training activities for new and existing employees/projects
- Facilitates business review meetings
- Supports quoting requests on an ad hoc basis
- Recommends improvements to processes
- Maintains appropriate communications with all levels of the organization

**Section C - Requirements**:
Education
- Bachelor's degree required from College or University in a related field
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP certified)
- Smartsheet Certification

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 2+ years of experience
- Experience with Smartsheet and PowerBI, including building dashboards and reports
- Experience working with various project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Prior experience in Patient Support Programs, Specialty Pharmacies, and/or Infusion Clinics - preferred

Important to have
- Knowledge of Process improvement methodologies and effective change management experience
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to draw conclusions and support business initiatives
- Quick study able to pick up and understand aspects related to the business processes and supporting systems
- Uses judgement within defined policies and practices.
- Creative problem solver with ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of Smartsheet, PowerBI, SharePoint, and Office 365
- “Self-starter” attitude with the ability to excel in dynamic work environment with limited direction.
