We are currently looking for a Demand Planner/Forecaster **to drive the demand and inventory levels.** In other words, to maximize cash flows, sales and service levels to our clients and the Company.

The responsibilities can be split into 3 categories: Internal, External (_client interface_) management, analysis & forecasting.

**Responsibilities**:
The Demand Plannners play an essential role in the supply chain of our Company. You will use the analytical, marketing and sales data of our clients to effectively estimate future product demands.

Your duties include:

- Statistical analysis of sales, inventory and other data; modeling the data to predict future demand.
- Generating forecasting solutions.
- Planning inventory flow,
- Collaborating with suppliers, manufacturers, salespeople and other stakeholders to gather information on events that could affect demand, such as promotions and production delays.
- Communicating and partnering with internal and external stakeholders gaining alignment and commitment.

**Skills**:

- Forecast
- Epicor preferable or similar software
- Client management preferable to retail
- Understanding of procurement
- Inventory management
- Understanding of Supply Chain Management
- ERP (_entreprise resource planning_)
- Experience in the fashion industry is a definite asset
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (_Excel, Powerpoint, Word_)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills (_both verbal & written_)
- Ability to prioritize work to ensure important deadlines are met.

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
