Fraser Valley Dental Specialists offers dental specialist services in Abbotsford and the surrounding Valley. Our practice offers a wide range of services in oral surgery, orthodontics, periodontics, dentures to patients in a safe, and comfortable environment. Our team of general dentists, specialists and dental care staff are highly regarded in their field, bring extensive experience to provide all patients with the highest quality of dental care services available in Abbotsford and the surrounding Valley.

At Fraser Valley Dental Specialists, we are committed to staying at the cutting edge of dental technology providing quality care in effective way. We utilize iTero Intraoral Digital scanner, VELscope oral screening device, digital x-rays, Panoramic x-rays and Dental Cone Beam (CBCT) to support varying treatment plans.
Working within our network, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from some of the industry’s leading clinicians, while having greater access to the most advanced treatment technologies and training & development.
Our practice is conveniently located in Abbotsford, BC.
Schedule: Full time, no evenings or weekends

The wage range is from $20.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience
- Experience with ClearDent considered an asset
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
