As an **Associate National Account Manager**, you will help lead all aspects of sales for buying group accounts. You will lead growth through commercial activities, marketing strategies and operational performance within our buying group customers. Located in Boucherville, Québec, you will assess customer needs, connect with main merchants across the home improvement industry, and receive mentorship from senior account leader. You will assist to develop the overall strategy for our buying group accounts. You will report to the National Accounts (USCA) Director.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Help achieve current and long-term sales growth plans and financial objectives (P&L) for the account, along with a variety of responsibilities - including product launches, in-store and online merchandising, pricing, promotions, and data maintenance.
- Help provide recommendations that are following product mix and profitability.
- Maintain, nurture, and expand relationships with existing business accounts and contribute as a primary contact and source for main accounts.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our current portfolio with current customer and upsell the category.
- Analyze sales trends and provide insights to optimize assortment, capitalize on cross-merchandising opportunities and improve sales performance.
- Supervise item level sales, service, inventory and forecast against key performance and efficiency metrics to find opportunities and/or address challenges and collaborate with internal and external partners for resolution.
- Lead periodic subcategory line reviews and deep dives to retain and grow distribution of PPG products - demonstrating sales data, competitive intelligence and consumer insights.
- Provide leadership as it relates to product launches, program execution, business operations and special projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical support, product team, customer service, credit, planning, and commercial team to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with the channel marketing associate and the field team the execution of the National promo calendar activities and the specific dealer promotions.
- Build the flyer calendar activity for retail with key customers and help configure the promo internally.
- Active participation in the organization of trade shows and commercial activities.
- Support the administrative tasks related to code creation for customers for new product launches, claims, pricing accuracy, activity code creation.
- Data processing and reporting are necessary to this role.
- Work in close collaboration with the senior account manager and marketing team in the preparation of sales pitch and commercial proposals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Marketing, preferred, with 3+ years of account management, sales, or retail operations experience. Experience with a major national retailer is preferred.
- Background in business analytics with comprehension of retail operations and merchandising with a track record to share information with all levels and departments of an organization.

**PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITIES**
- Aider à atteindre les plans de croissance des ventes actuels et à long terme et les objectifs financiers (P&L) pour le compte, avec une variété de responsabilités - y compris les lancements de produits, la marchandisation en magasin et en ligne, la tarification, les promotions et la maintenance des données.

- Maintenir, nourrir et développer des relations avec les comptes commerciaux existants et contribuer en tant que contact principal et source pour les comptes principaux.
- Identifier et poursuivre les opportunités pour élargir notre portefeuille actuel avec le client actuel et augmenter la catégorie.
- Analyser les tendances des ventes et fournir des informations pour optimiser l’assortiment, capitaliser sur les opportunités de merchandising croisé et améliorer les performances des ventes.
