**How does the role impact the organization?**

**What is the position responsible for?**
- Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls;
- Manage and maintain all paperwork;
- Prepare professional correspondence and reports, documents, and files;
- Respond to requests for information in a timely manner;
- Service clients’ general day-to-day requests;
- Communicate internally with various operational and administrative departments;
- Maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software;
- Manage our WOW service client program;
- Initiate and manage a proactive social media campaign
- Manage website & membership;
- Write finance blogs (with guidance) & prepare monthly newsletters; and
- Co-ordinate production of The Wealthy Life as part of Raymond James sponsorship of the show.

**Qualifications - External**

**Qualifications**
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Internet Explorer and business related software;
- Previous experience with use of Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube);
- Organizational and problem solving skills;
- The ability to learn independently;
- A proactive self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude and the desire to take ownership of their position;
- Pay meticulous attention to detail;
- Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines and tasks; and
- Work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner.

**Education and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience; and
- Post-secondary education.

**Licenses and Certifications**
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.

**How to set yourself a part?**
- Previous experience using a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is an asset.

**Salary Range: BC (based on Education, Work Experience, etc) **$45,000-$50,000 in addition to competitive performance bonuses/incentives.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
