Prince George, Canada Datoff Bros. Construction Ltd. Full time

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to project teams and managers
- Maintain project files and documentation, ensuring accuracy and organization
- Assist with order entry and tracking for project materials and supplies
- Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
- Transcribe meeting notes and distribute to relevant team members
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other office software. Proficiency in using Procore is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role in construction is preferred

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
